“StrokeViewer” is becoming “Nicolab” – a new name for a broader future

We’re excited to share that our app, previously called StrokeViewer, is now called Nicolab. This name change reflects the evolution of our platform, from a stroke-focused solution, to a broader clinical communication tool supporting care teams across the acute environment.
What’s changing?
Only the name. You will see “Nicolab” when opening the app. You will still enjoy the same intuitive interface, reliable performance, and powerful AI that you trust today.
What’s new?
While continuing to lead in stroke, our platform is expanding to support a wider range of acute care departments, enabling faster, smarter collaboration between care teams. The name “StrokeViewer” will still be used to refer to our AI algorithms for acute stroke care.

Our mission remains the same: To empower healthcare professionals with quick and reliable access to vital information when it matters most.
