Charlie Bell is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Nicolab. Since joining Nicolab in 2021, Charlie has played a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, working closely alongside the Board, shareholders, and the external capital markets to build the business into what it is today. He has been instrumental in expanding Nicolab’s commercial footprint into new markets, including the establishment of operations in China, and in leading the company’s recent pre-IPO capital raise. He is now leading Nicolab through its next phase, including the path to an ASX listing.
Charlie previously served as Nicolab’s Chief Financial Officer, where he built the financial and governance foundations that today give investors, shareholders, and regulators confidence in the business. As CEO, he brings that same rigour to a broader mandate, spanning strategy, commercialisation, finance, investor relations, legal and compliance, and people, positioning Nicolab for sustained growth through listing and beyond.
Charlie is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accountancy and Business Law.
